Update on Novel Coronavirus and the COVID-19 Pandemic

At PSN, our first priority has always been and will continue to be the healthy, safety and security of our employees, partners, and community.  We always strive to provide best-in-class service to all of our customers, while maintaining a healthy environment for our employees.

We Are Committed to our Employees

We have continued to monitor the current situation, as well as recommendations from the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and implemented new working policies to align.  PSN staff are taking every precaution to minimize the risk of infection. 

All employees with the capabilities to work from home are doing so and will continue for as long as it is recommended.  Our labs are currently staffed with less than ten employees in each and are rotating shifts to minimize contact.

We have mandated all employees who are staffed on-site to remain at home if they, or a family member, are not feeling well.  We are regularly reiterating the importance of diligent hygienic practices as the first line of defense.

We have restricted all visitors from the building, unless essential to business activity, and have increased our janitorial services to include nightly sanitizing of all commonly used surfaces and spaces. 

Although we have clients around the world and staff located throughout the United States, we have stopped all work-related travel and are utilizing teleconferencing to maintain communication until further notice. 

We will continue to monitor this situation and adjust as necessary to follow all CDC and WHO recommendations to safeguard our staff, and to protect the communities with which we reside.

Our thoughts and prayers are focused on our global community at this time.  We will overcome, and together discover a resilience rooted in our ability to unite in times of adversity.

We Are Committed to our Customers

At present, we are continuing to operate with a “business as usual” approach and are continuing to provide the level of service that has come to be an expectation of working with PSN.  We are keeping all clients in close communication and adjusting timeline of projects with each of them as needed, based on disruptions to our supply chains and governmental directions.
